Common Reed Grass 81cm Spray

This one has even less on the page than most of the others in this range: the listing states outright that there's "No product description available" beyond the title itself, which gives a length of 81 cm and identifies it as a spray, meaning a single stem rather than a bunch or bush. Common reed is a tall, hardy grass with a feathery, plume-like seed head at the top of a slender stem, often seen growing near wetlands, riverbanks and coastal margins in real life. In floral arrangements, it's typically used for its natural, textured seed head rather than any flower, giving a soft, grassy movement that's quite different from the structured blooms like the pompon dahlia or hydrangea also sold by Furniture Tree. Beyond the name and length, the page doesn't state the colour, the material, or anything about the stem's construction, so this is one to check closely via the product photos, or to ask Furniture Tree about directly, before ordering. Real common reed seed heads typically run through soft tan, cream and grey-brown tones, so if a specific shade matters for your arrangement, it's worth confirming before you buy rather than assuming from the name alone. At 81 cm, it sits in a similar length range to the astilbe and eucalyptus sprays (86 cm) elsewhere in this collection, so it suits a tall vase, or works well at the back of a mixed arrangement, giving height and a softer, grassy texture behind more structured flowers in front. A single stem on its own would likely look quite sparse in a large vase, so it's worth considering whether you'd want more than one for a fuller display. Being part of the Artificial Plants and Planters collection, it's reasonable to assume this is artificial rather than a preserved or dried real reed, in keeping with the rest of the range, though that isn't explicitly confirmed on this particular page either. If you're building a naturalistic or grassy-textured arrangement, this could pair well with the willow branches for a similarly wild, unstructured look, or sit behind the wax flower bush or wild flower spray for some colour lower down. Furniture Tree's Artificial Plants and Planters range also includes vases if you need somewhere to arrange it. The Common Reed Grass Spray is $9, with Afterpay available as 4 interest-free payments of $2.25 for anyone eligible and over 18. Delivery charges depend on the product and delivery address. Contact our team for a delivery quote. Furniture Tree offers delivery across New Zealand, including Auckland and South Auckland suburbs such as Wiri, Manukau and Manurewa, with delivery timeframes confirmed once your order is placed. As with the rest of the Artificial Plants and Planters range, the site's standard 3-year manufacturer's warranty banner appears on this page too, though what that would cover on a small decorative stem isn't clear, so it's worth asking the team directly rather than assuming. Furniture Tree has showrooms in Auckland and Palmerston North, and given how little the page itself confirms about this one, checking with the store, or asking on WhatsApp, is probably the most reliable way to get a clear picture before ordering.
