Dried-Look Astilbe Spray 86cm Cream

Like the Banksia stem in the same range, this listing is fairly light on detail beyond the name itself: an 86 cm astilbe spray in cream, with a dried look rather than a fresh-flower finish. There's no separate stem count, pot information or material listed on the page. "Dried-look" is worth pointing out on its own, since it tells you something about the styling rather than just the flower type: this is made to resemble a real dried flower, with the softer, slightly muted colour and texture that comes from air-drying real astilbe, rather than the brighter, glossier look of a fresh-style faux flower. That's a different aesthetic to most of the other stems in this range, which read more like fresh-cut flowers. Astilbe itself is known for its feathery, plume-like flower spikes, quite different from the rounder pompon dahlia blooms or the cone-shaped banksia also sold by Furniture Tree, so it tends to add a softer, more textured look to an arrangement rather than a solid block of colour. A "spray" in floristry generally means a single stem that branches into several smaller flower heads, rather than one flower on its own, though the page doesn't explicitly confirm how many heads are on this particular stem. At 86 cm, this is one of the longer single stems in the collection, longer than the dahlia stems (56 cm) and the tassel fern (71 cm total length), so it suits a taller vase or an arrangement where you want some height at the back, with shorter stems layered in front. Being artificial and styled to look dried, it should hold its look without watering, direct sun being much less of a concern than it would be for a fresh-style faux flower with brighter dye, though the page doesn't specify care instructions either way. If you're building a full arrangement, this could pair with the Pompon Dahlia Bundle in the same cream tone, or with the willow branches for structural height alongside the softer astilbe plumes. As with the Banksia stem, it's worth checking product photos closely or asking Furniture Tree directly for anything not covered on the page, particularly the stem count and material. The Dried-Look Astilbe Spray is $12, with Afterpay available as 4 interest-free payments of $3.00 for anyone eligible and over 18. Delivery charges depend on the product and delivery address. Contact our team for a delivery quote. Furniture Tree offers delivery across New Zealand, including Auckland and South Auckland suburbs such as Wiri, Manukau and Manurewa, with delivery timeframes confirmed once your order is placed. As with the rest of the Artificial Plants and Planters range, the site's standard 3-year manufacturer's warranty banner appears on this page too, though what that would cover on a small decorative stem isn't clear, so it's worth asking the team directly rather than assuming. Furniture Tree has showrooms in Auckland and Palmerston North, and given how little the page itself says about this particular stem, it may be worth checking with the store directly, or asking on WhatsApp, if you want more detail before ordering than what's shown here.
