RT DK Red Phalaenopsis w/Ceramic Pot 48cm

This one comes with its own ceramic pot rather than being sold as a loose stem, which sets it apart from most of the sprays and bunches elsewhere in this collection. It's a 48 cm dark red phalaenopsis, priced at $79, and as with several other listings in this range, the page itself states "No product description available" beyond the title. Phalaenopsis, commonly known as the moth orchid, is one of the most recognisable orchid varieties, with an arching flower stem carrying several wide, flat-petaled blooms along its length. It's a popular choice for home display and gifting because of that elegant, arching shape, quite different from the upright spikes of veronica or astilbe, or the rounded blooms of hydrangea and dahlia, also sold by Furniture Tree in this collection. The "RT" in the title most likely stands for "Real Touch," the same term used on the Elodie Hydrangea also sold by Furniture Tree, referring to a softer, slightly rubbery petal texture designed to feel closer to a real bloom than stiff fabric petals. That isn't explicitly spelled out on this page either, so it's worth treating as a likely reading rather than confirmed wording. Because this comes potted in its own ceramic container rather than as a stem you'd need to arrange yourself, it's ready to display straightaway without needing a vase, which is the main practical difference between this and something like the veronica spray or wild flower spray in the same range. Beyond confirming it's dark red and comes in a ceramic pot, the page doesn't state the pot's colour, shape or exact dimensions, or how many flower stems or blooms are included, so it's worth checking the product photos closely, or asking Furniture Tree directly, if any of that matters to your decision. At 48 cm overall, it suits a console table, sideboard, desk or dining table centrepiece where you want a finished display piece rather than something you're building into a larger arrangement yourself. Being artificial, it should hold its shape and colour without watering, light or humidity being a concern, unlike a real phalaenopsis, which needs fairly specific care to rebloom. If you're after something similar but without the pot, or in a different flower type, Furniture Tree's Artificial Plants and Planters range also includes single stems like the veronica spray, wild flower spray and Elodie hydrangea, all of which would need their own vase or pot. The RT DK Red Phalaenopsis w/Ceramic Pot is $79, with Afterpay available as 4 interest-free payments of $19.75 for anyone eligible and over 18. Delivery charges depend on the product and delivery address. Contact our team for a delivery quote. Furniture Tree offers delivery across New Zealand, including Auckland and South Auckland suburbs such as Wiri, Manukau and Manurewa, with delivery timeframes confirmed once your order is placed. As with the rest of the Artificial Plants and Planters range, the site's standard 3-year manufacturer's warranty banner appears on this page too, though what that would cover on a potted decorative piece like this isn't clear, so it's worth asking the team directly rather than assuming. Furniture Tree has showrooms in Auckland and Palmerston North, and given the price point and the ceramic pot involved, it may be worth seeing this one in person before ordering, particularly to check the pot's finish and the exact shade of red.
